First of all, great ideas for all your challenges. I have a question though. I'm setting up a blog also and was wondering how you got the Level 1 fitness goals list that you can cross off the goals as you complete them? I can't find that gadget. Thanks for your help and keep the challenges coming. I'll check back on your blog for the answer. Thanks a lot.
