Good job! Are you using full pullups?

I tried the 3/1 sub of pullups and dips and didn't make it. Dips kill me.

i used weight assisted pull ups at the globo and my biceps have been fried for 3 days now.

i decided not to sub in the dips with the pull ups for the muscle ups since my wrists are still sore from the 'cindy' challenge & heavy lifting.
