today the routine was called 'angie' and it kicked my ass.

100 jumping pull ups (5:45) = 5:45
100 push ups (14:10) = 8:25 [aprox.]
100 sit ups (24:39) = 10:29 [aprox.]
100 squats (29:06) = 4:27 [aprox.]

total time = 29:06
