Goals & Plan of Action

Goals:
1. improve overall health
2. improve cadrio fitness
3. improve muscular development
4. improve diet
5. weigh 200 pounds by june 2009

Plan of Action
1. weight train 4 to 5 times a week
2. perform cardio 4 to 5 times a week (running, cycling, swimming, sports, etc...)
3. eat healthy foods
4. get proper rest
